Attire standards are set to meet food and safety standards.
These include;
Wearing of closed in shoes at all time
Sleeved shirts must be worn
Long hair should be tied back
Minimal jewellery

Any changes to bookings are required to be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to the time of your allocated course. This can be done by calling our office on (07) 5475 4332 or emailing info@vincenzacoffee.com.au. 

Should a cancellation be made less than 48 hours prior to the course commencement time, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.  In the event of a "no show" no refund will be given unless sufficient evidence as to why is provided. 

Changes or course rescheduling after the 48 hour period, will be at the discretion of the Vincenza Staff. 

*Any appointment refunds will be excluding booking fees.

100% payment is required upon booking. Payment can be made in store, over the phone or via our website. We accept VISA, Master Card, Cash (In Store Only) or Direct Deposit (Upon request).
