Shipping, Returns and Refunds


Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Should you have any issues or are not happy with a product you have received, please contact us within 28 days of purchase and we will be happy to rectify this issue. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Vincenza Coffee.

Christmas Cut-offs:
White we will ensure to do our best to get your stock to you on time, we cannot account for delays on behalf of the courier company. Our shipping date guideline is organised based off the courier dates provided to us in October - any changes made, we will update as we can. 
We apologise if there is delays in usual delivery times, this is unfortunately a peak period in deliveries where we cannot give exact timeframes. 

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.


Vincenza Coffee handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

  • Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 28 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.
  • The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold.
  • The item/s are not clearance lines.
  • Customers will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping.
  • As our crockery is all sold in sets, replacement stock is not offered on individual damaged items. A refund will be issued in this event. 
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer a change of mind refund or exchange on Batista Gift Certificates or Gift Cards.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that we received your payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Vincenza Coffee.
